- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure our website, and respond to enquiries.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data by law.
4. Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, and security.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. International transfers
We operate from the EU and serve clients in the US, so your information may be processed in the EU and US. Transfers rely on safeguards like EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
